WHAT IS REIKI?
Reiki is hands-on natural healing using the universal life force energy. The term comes from the Japanese words “rei,” meaning universal, and “ki,” which means vital life force energy. It is a gentle yet specific form of energy healing, in which hands are placed just off the body or lightly touching the body, as in “laying on of hands.”
The intention of a reiki treatment is to bring the body, mind and spirit back into balance. It provides relaxation, relieves anxiety, stimulates the immune system, releases toxins or energy blocks and promotes healing.
Each session is designed for the client's individual needs. It can be done in person or through distance at an arranged time.
Cost: $75 one hour session / $75 Distance Reiki session via zoom
Sessions either offered in person or via zoom.

I also see clients once a month (typically the last Saturday) at NaCL Salt Spa in Urbana.

I'm really excited to see clients once a month at NaCL Salt Spa. This is a great opportunity to experience healing Reiki energy firsthand. I'll be including sound healing, crystal healing and intuitive guidance as needed. Sessions will be 1 hour in length.
